MarsDragoner Exceptionally adventurous dungeon synth honoring the old masters. The expansive second track does an excellent job at guiding the listener through many different vast landscapes full of strange encounters and legends to forge. The spoken word sequences serve a fitting moment of some well earned respite while sitting by the fireside. Almost as if the entirety of the album is a long unbelievable story told by a once illustrious hero of another age. Favorite track: Dark Shadow Through the Trails.

An enchanting journey lost in time, you will pass through the great wooden door to access the caves, follow the waterfalls that will lead you to the misty lake, walk on this large stone bridge where below are secret passageways to access the ruins buried in the magical forest. Some dark shadows will follow you through the morning fog of this realm, but only the hight old crooked tower will make your sight clear, where the archives are kept inside and where the mysteries remain hidden.

Ruins of the Old Kingdom is a tribute to the projects from the 90s of the Dark Ambient & Dungeon Synth scene which will remain great inspirations and fantastic influences in our imaginary world.
